Winter Breeze :illustration submission

This is a submission for a "zine" being published for a local music festival. The general unofficial theme is surviving the cold weather of winter. I decided to play with the idea of a warm winter sweater & a cool icy breeze. I submitted it a little late but hope it will still be included.

Sweater Season Is Here

Cable-knit, cardigan, cozy pullover or any other warm comfortable form; sweater season is here & I am loving it. These are some great sweaters I have been "pinning" to my fashion board on Pinterest .

I am going to try & prolong the "winter jacket" as long as possible this year & my solution is sweaters.

Hint of Fall

Has anyone else felt the first nip of possibly cool airs stirring?

Are you beloved swarthy sweaters calling softly to you from your storage trunks? 

Have the gleanings of summer's harvest made their way to your local supermarket yet?

Have you seen any hints of fall?

This Skirt is Tremendous

& the sweater is not bad either. She looks great & yet her look is so simple.

Learning to cook:

One of my New Years resolutions is to cook more & become more adept at cooking.

Hopefully I will come up with some meals impressive enough to post to the internet.
